​Kelly Ling is an ICF certified leadership and executive coach, specializing in negotiation, career pivots, and parental leave. Her clients span from individuals to Fortune 10 companies.  She has an operating background in strategy, innovation, and learning & development, across tech and healthcare industries. She received her MBA from UC Berkeley. Her negotiation skills come in handy equally in the corporate world and with her toddlers.
