Tonight on the show we will chat with HR and Recruiting legends Kris Dunn and Trish McFarlane about the the Allied HR IQ research study, http://www.hriq.allied.com, an initiative designed to conduct and deliver research on a set of topics of immediate and long-term interest to human resources professionals in all industries.
This year’s research project, the 2012 Allied Workforce Mobility Survey, was developed in collaboration with distinguished human resources practitioners (us), and Allied’s research partners.
The survey examined a wide range of organizational practices and capability around recruiting, onboarding, relocation, and more. Want to get some more insight as to what is happening across the nation in recruiting, retention, and more? Then the Allied HR IQ project has you covered.
